With partial planning through your onsite wedding coach included in your wedding package, you are supported every step of the way in building a truly unique to you wedding.
We will provide you with personalized vendor recommendations, design board and budget, and keep you on track throughout the planning journey! Some of our favorite weddings have incorporated less traditional elements such as a movie night, gate crash ceremony, field day, food trucks, laser tag and more! It's all about YOU, so lets get planning!!
We even provide you with a curated list of talented wedding vendors as soon as you book to get those planning juices flowing! A digital wedding planning checklist is included in your client portal to keep you on track, and we can also support you with full wedding planning and design, if you just want to celebrate and let us do the hard work!

Hidden fees and add ons are pretty common when it comes to the wedding industry. However, at The Maples Estate our packages are clear & filled to the brim so you know exactly what to expect from the very beginning!
You never pay extra for taxes or events beyond your wedding day. Accommodations for 17 in our farmhouse, coaching, coordination services, lawn games, campfires, use of our farmhouse kitchen and more is all included in your wedding package!

That’s why we include partial planning through your wedding coach (owner Katie), and coordination services in your wedding package. There are no venue managers or event leads here at The Maples Estate - instead you work directly with us as owners from the very beginning. From the time you visit for your tour, through your planning process we are there for you. We will even be onsite throughout your wedding weekend to pull off your dream wedding so all you have to do is relax and have fun.
We also limit the number of weddings we host each year, to ensure we can provide the absolute best experience for you, your guests and vendors. We love executing truly unique weekend weddings and go above and beyond to make that happen for you!

We are no banquet facility. You know those venues, the ones that pack weddings in just to make a quick buck.
That is not The Maples Estate - We host up to 15 seriously awesome, curated, unique, one-of-a-kind weddings each year. At The Maples Estate you have exclusive use of our 12.5 acre estate ALL weekend long and can use any or all spaces onsite for different events or gatherings throughout the weekend.
You are so incredibly special to us and our estate is ALL YOURS! You never have to share and will have all of our attention throughout your wedding weekend!

We do things differently around here! With our weekend wedding package, there are never any hidden fees or required add ons, plus taxes are included in the price.
We include everything you would need to have a seriously awesome extended weekend wedding here at The Maples Estate - you add the vendors of your choosing to truly personalize your details such as food, beverage, music, photos, florals, etc.

3-Night Rental from Thursday through Sunday

3-Night NY Weekend Wedding (w/ assisted planning) | $33,500
3-Night NY Weekend Wedding (w/ full planning & design) | $42,000
Hosting a wedding with 30 guests or less? We offer a $2,500 discount for micro weddings!
Looking to host 150 - 200 guests? You are welcome to host up to 200 guests for an additional rate of $2,500. We also require groups above 150 guests to arrange a shuttle.
A $1,500 damage deposit is due 45 days prior to your wedding weekend and is reimbursable within two weeks following your event. We also require a wedding insurance policy which averages around $190.

Dreaming of your weekend wedding at The Maples Estate in gorgeous upstate NY?!
We are so excited to host your wedding weekend! When you are ready to move forward and confirm your date, get in touch - we will send you a wedding proposal so you can select your weekend and the package of your choosing. Once you complete the proposal you will receive a contract and deposit invoice.
A 35% non-refundable deposit will be submitted at contract signing.
Additional Payments:
180 days (25%)
90 days out (25%)
45 days out (15%) + $1,500 damage deposit
Your damage deposit is reimbursable within two weeks following your wedding.

Most weekend weddings at The Maples Estate have budget above $100,000 between $750 - $2,500 per guest, with the biggest factors being the overall vision for the day, the number of guests invited and the vendors selected.
