While most of our summer and fall is unavailable with weddings, we love to offer select weekends for upstate New York getaways!
We have just 3 weekends available for 2024 so get in touch if you are looking for that perfect weekend getaway upstate! With accommodations for up to 17 guests, The Maples Estate is great for retreats, reunions, workations, birthday getaways and relaxation! Maybe you were married at The Maples Estate and want to come back for a visit? We would love to host you for an incredible weekend where you can relax, get cozy and enjoy guests company!

$2,125 per night
(2 night min / 4 nights max)
Fees: $500 cleaning fee, taxes and refundable $250 damage deposit
We are your home upstate for seriously awesome weekend getaways with comfortable gathering spaces, double parlor sitting rooms, bar room, grand veranda, swimming pool and large chef’s kitchen. There are five private bedrooms, an adult sized bunk room for late night fun and three full-sized bathrooms. Explore the estate with a large pond, Schoharie Creek beach, fire pits, lawn games, and more!
We include everything you could need from sheets and towels, to pots, pans and sunscreen and with so many unique spaces to relax, you are sure to build incredible memories all weekend long!
Please Note: This is a full house rental for up to 17 guests, we do not book individual rooms. The rental is not applicable for weddings or larger gatherings and is limited to 17 guests. Please see our ‘weddings and events’ tab for details specific to events.

Are you ready to book your stay with us? We are so excited to host your upstate New York weekend getaway! To confirm your booking, email us! We will send you a proposal which will populate your contract and deposit invoice!

*Current and former wedding clients use code ‘couple150’ to get $150 off your stay (on invoice)!
Deposit & Payment
A deposit of 35% is due at the time of booking. The remaining 65% will be due 7 days prior to your check in.
Pet Policy
Pets are allowed with prior notice and a $200 fee will be added to your final invoice.
Cancellation Policy
A full refund will be made for cancellations within 48 hours of booking minus processing fees. After that, a 65% refund is available up to 7 days prior to check-in. No refunds after.
